2. Right of Withdrawal: Exceptions for Custom-Made Goods In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

• Custom & On-Demand Dolls: 99% of our dolls are manufactured exclusively upon order. This includes items ordered exactly as shown in catalog photographs. Since the production process is initiated specifically for your transaction, these items are exempt from the right of withdrawal; all sales are final once production begins.
• In-Stock Items (Accessories/Wigs): Standard in-stock items remain eligible for the 14-day withdrawal period, provided they are returned in compliance with our hygiene policy.

3. Hygiene & Health Protection Due to the intimate nature of our products, and pursuant to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that have been unsealed after delivery. Returns are only accepted under the following strict conditions:

• The original packaging and security seals are completely intact and unopened.
• The product shows no signs of handling, assembly, or use.
• All accessories and documents are included in their original state.

Note: Any item unsealed, handled, or tested after delivery is strictly ineligible for return or refund for health protection and hygiene reasons.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Before Production: Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been sent to production.
• After Production Starts: No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once manufacturing has initiated.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Transfer of Risk

• Delivery Timelines: Custom orders average 75 to 90 days (max 180 days).
• Delivery Refusal: Refused custom deliveries will be stored for 30 days at the customer’s expense before being deemed abandoned.
• Risk Transfer: Risk of loss passes to the consumer upon physical delivery of the goods.

6. Payment Terms & All-Inclusive Pricing

• Price Transparency: All prices are all-inclusive. VAT and import duties are covered by Ava Love Doll. No additional customs fees will be requested upon delivery.
• Security: Transactions are encrypted via PCI-DSS compliant providers. Failure to pay installments will result in the suspension or redirection of the shipment.

7. Defects and Statutory Warranty All products are covered by the European Legal Warranty of Conformity. Damage caused by transport should be reported within 48 to 72 hours with photographic evidence.
